About Adéṣọlá

Adéṣọlá is a writer, songwriter, poet and a music addict who has undeniable love and passion for the music more than the industry. That same passion he has endears him to the booth, finally spurring him on into deciding to cut his teeth in the art he truly treasures. Even though he started out as a rapper with strict reservations for Hiphop, he couldn't avoid been drawn back to his music background spanning across various music genres of Soul, R&B, Rock, Jazz, Juju, Fuji, etc. just to mention a few. Having a talent for singing, rather than being confined to rapping alone, he decided to explore his gift. His type of music is Inspirational and Urban Contemporary and his in-depth style of songwriting and Yorùbá roots often reflect in his songs. "I like to speak about life issues. I love to sing about God, life and love; issues that concerns everybody." He's a Nigerian.

Ìbà ni n ó f’òní jú, mo r’íbà, k’íbà ṣẹ
Nínú ríríjẹ, nínú àìríjẹ
Mo wá gbégbá ọpẹ́, mo r’íbà k’íbà ṣẹ
Alápáńlá tó so’lé ayé ró
Ṣe àtúntò ayé mi
Ní gbogbo ọ̀nà tí mo ti k’etí ikún sí Ọ
Baba d’áríjì, mo bẹ̀bẹ̀
Odò Orisun Rẹ ni mí, máṣe jẹ́ n gbẹ

Aráyé ń sọ Ọ ́sí láburú, aráyé ń sọ Ọ ́sí rere
Ọlọ́jọ́ ń ka’jọ́
Bó pẹ́, bó yá, ohun ayé á b’áyé lọ
