The news raging on in Nigeria is a Minister squandering public money as usual to acquire armoured car.  The Minister of Aviation – Ms. Stella Odua spent a staggering sum of 255 million Naira to secure her own security by investing public fund on armoured vehicles while most Nigerians are in the midst of poverty and workers earning paltry sum.

No wonder Yoruba said “We said we collectively condemn the thief/rogue, the owner is being condemned for not keeping his/her stuff well”.  This is the case of the Federal Government searching for those who leaked the secret rather than condemning this wasteful expenses.

One day, the Nigerian people will be bold to condemn these rogue Politicians/Ministers squandering the wealth of the nation.

That is a shame for a country that could not provide jobs for its graduates to be frevovolous with their finances. Where are your good roads? Whom do you want to impress? There are many Narcissistic individuals that just could not subdue their grandiosity regardless of their dispositions. This Minister has proved that we, as Nigerians are the “Generation of wasters and wasted generations”. Now that Corruption has become our national cognomen, what else do we want to be called? Minister for Yahoo Yahoo? Accountability with prudency is vital for national growth, and when we are not truly disciplined, it is another short cut to 2nd slavery. Aren’t we there already? The car is ‘imported”, and not manufactured in Nigeria. What a shame?
